COVID-19 Update (05/11/20)

As most of the country is now in a 2nd lockdown, I thought I would just update current and potential clients about the effects of the restrictions on our timescales.


We continue to work from home and will do so for the foreseeable future. As we are a family run business nothing has changed and we are still able to offer the same level of service.


Please continue to send all paperwork and invoices to Mercury House as we regularly collect our mail and will continue to be able to do so until further notice. If anything changes we will notify all clients as soon as possible.


Whilst you will not see any difference in our timescale, it is inevitable that applications will take slightly longer to process once they arrive at HMRC. We will be able to keep everyone updated on a case by case basis.
