Client Update

These last few weeks have certainly been a strange experience for most people. We have emailed all our clients with an update, but thought I would share a quick update with potential new clients.

Due to restrictions we have decided to continue to work from home for the foreseeable future. As we are a family run business nothing has changed as we are still able to offer the same level of service.

Please continue to send all paperwork and invoices to Mercury House as we regularly collect our mail.

Whilst you will not see any difference in our timescale, it is inevitable that applications will take slightly longer to process once they arrive at HMRC. It usually takes a week to receive confirmation they have received the application and anything up to a month to process and refund the VAT. I expect these times to be slightly longer for the next few months.

Please be assured that all our staff are working tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly.
